That bothered me. It still does.

After 24 years working within the financial industry, our founder Emily saw firsthand how the system was designed to work. She also saw how it sometimes fell short. Well-meaning institutions, talented professionals, and well-intentioned frameworks — yet clients often left meetings with more confusion than clarity. Not because anyone was trying to fail them, but because the industry had quietly prioritized products over people, and transactions over transformation.
